**Description:**

**The Role**

The Security Officer is responsible for the oversight of safety and security of the hotel. This person will respond to guest and employee emergencies, complete incident reports as required. **Shift times for this position are typically 3pm-11pm and sometimes will have morning shifts that start at 7am.**

**Starting Rate** : $19.50/hour

**Qualifications:**

+ A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

+ Refined verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances

+ Proficient in basic computer skills

+ Previous security experience preferred

+ Must be able to work overnight schedule, including weekends and holidays when needed (Shift times for this position are typically 3pm-11pm). You may have some morning shifts that start at 7am.
