**Position Title:** Warehouse Cleaner

**Job Summary:** The Warehouse Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse environment. This role involves cleaning all areas of the warehouse, including floors, shelving, restrooms, and other facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Sweep, mop, and scrub floors to remove dirt, debris, and spills.

+ Dust and wipe down shelving, storage racks, and other surfaces.

+ Empty trash bins and dispose of waste materials properly.

+ Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas.

+ Maintain cleanliness around warehouse entry points, including removing dirt and debris from loading docks.

+ Remove and properly dispose of hazardous materials or chemicals, as per safety guidelines.

+ Assist in organizing materials, ensuring that clean and safe spaces are maintained.

+ Follow all safety protocols to avoid accidents and injuries while performing cleaning duties.

+ Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or damaged equipment to management.

+ Assist in general warehouse maintenance duties as required.

+ Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and supplies.

+ Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications:**

+ Previous experience in warehouse cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.

+ Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.

+ Ability to operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners).

+ Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards.

+ Must be able to lift heavy items and move equipment if necessary.

**Working Conditions:**

+ May require working in varying temperatures and environments.

+ Physical tasks involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

+ Work may be performed during day or evening shifts, depending on the warehouse schedule.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive environment for the entire warehouse team.

**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $7.00 per hour
