**Compensation and Schedule for the Junior Recruiter**

Junior Recruiter – Full-time, work-from-home, $28-$29 per hour, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Join a positive working environment!

**Required Qualifications of the Junior Recruiter**

- 2+ years of recent healthcare recruitment experience required

- High school diploma or GED required

- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen

**Responsibilities of the Junior Recruiter**

- Review and advance or disposition candidates

- Monitor requisitions that have been open more than 45 days

- Run reports

- Help recruiters screen and verify credentials on qualified candidates

- Schedule interviews

- Assist with onboarding processes

- Other assigned duties
