Sales Engineer

As a Technical Sales Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the successful delivery of our products and solutions to customers. You will provide technical expertise, assist in the sales process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and drive business growth.

You will report directly to our Director of Customer Support and you'll work out of our designated location in Raleigh, NC on a Hybrid schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our sales operations by ensuring customer satisfaction. Your strong technical knowledge and ability to effectively communicate with customers will be key in driving sales and revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Collaborate with customers to gather and analyze their product requirements.

+ Review customer specifications and other documents to develop key data (styles, descriptions, configurations, prices, lead-times, etc.) for use in quotations and orders.

+ Provide quotations for Smart Energy products

+ Provide support for order management, product delivery, and general product information.

+ Provide customers with product application information, product availability, and order verification.
