**Responsibilities**

+ Deliver excellence in patient care through assessing formulating nursing diagnoses and establishing goals planning and implementing intervention and evaluating patient care outcomes.

+ Read analyze and interpret hospital policies and procedures professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations.

+ Write reports and procedures and document in the medical record.

+ Effectively present information and respond to questions from co-workers managers patients physicians family members and the general public.

+ Calculate figures and amounts such as weights dosages flow rates proportions percentages and volume.

+ Apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations. Define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

+ Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

+ Critically think and problem solve.

**Qualifications**

Minimum:

+ Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;

+ 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience

+ Active License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State in which s/he will be practicing or the state of primary residence if the state is a Nurse Licensure Compact state

+ BLS certification - American Heart Association

+ 2 Letters of recommendation

+ Unofficial Transcripts with GPA

+ Additional certifications may be required based on population(s) served and services provided Required Minimum Knowledge Skills Abilities and Training

+ Must be able to complete entire program with a perfect attendance record

+ Must be able to work 3 days per week after completing first 12 weeks

+ Must be able to work and train on either night or day shifts including holidays

+ Must agree to terms and conditions of the program

Preferred:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)

+ AHA ACLS

**Pay Range**

$35.00 - $35.00/hour
