**Responsibilities**
To ensure that individuals with suspected or confirmed diagnosis of breast cancer receive diagnostic and treatment modalities in an expedient respectful and compassionate fashion that is reflective of YRMCs commitment to the Total Healing Environment. Assists with processes to support Breast Care Center/Program accreditation. Collaborates with other health care providers to serve as a resource for individuals with other types of cancer as able.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum**
+ Three years of experience in the field of breast health breast cancer or oncology
+ CT ACLS RN CT CPRBLS - Valid compact state or Arizona RN license American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service
+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
+ Effective presentation skills
+ Effective presentation skills
+ Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows
+ Basic proficiency with MS Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
**Preferred**
+ BSN or MSN
+ Clinical Navigator or Oncology Nurse Certification
+ Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred; Cerner strongly preferred
**Pay Range**
$33.60 - $48.73 /hour
