ABOUT THE ROLE:

Honeywell Aerospace Technologies has a unique opportunity to join our Program Management Development Rotational Program, which enables participants to grow their careers in Program Management through a variety of focused rotational & learning experiences. This rotational program will help future program managers gain a broad understanding of Aerospace's end-to-end business, the roles within the Integrated Program Team, and the importance of change management, meeting program milestones and making processes more efficient.

You will be a dynamic and integral member of a team to achieve the completion of complex programs and work with cross-functional teams. You will also generate innovative solutions; trying different ways to deal with problems and opportunities. Use your skillset to provide value to our products for our customers. Locations Available:

Phoenix, Arizona and Clearwater, Florida

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Recently graduated or graduating within the current semester with a Program Management or related Degree (with Program Management coursework)

+ Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)

+ Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the start date

+ Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
