As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials within our supply chain. You will be responsible for coordinating shipping and receiving activities, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the success of our logistics operations.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and accuracy of our shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our supply chain and the satisfaction of our customers.

*Please note: During Training you will work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

+ 1st shift 8:00am - 4:30pm Tuesday - Saturday.

+ Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks, inspecting shipments, and verifying documentation

+ Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels

+ Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any shipping or inventory issues

+ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

U.S. Person REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving

+ Strong organizational and time management skills

+ Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

WE VALUE

+ Experience with inventory management systems

+ Knowledge of safety and quality standards in shipping and receiving

+ High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
