**Where You Will Work **

Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a Hybrid position that will based out of our Mine Office Location in Tucson, Arizona. Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online. Occasionally, you may be required to attend in-person meetings at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix and/or one of our site locations. The Collaboration Hub provides an open, flexible workspace for individuals and teams to come together for various business needs. Amenities at the Hub include a working café, phone booths and meeting rooms with technology tools for virtual and in-person collaboration. In-person attendance may vary based on the position and department requirements.

**Description**

Serves as a member of a cross functional team in service of upholding the charter set forth by the contractor management governance committee. Works with the team on the implementation of a significant range of competency-based learning focused on contractor compliance including applicable health and safety initiatives. Continuity and continuous improvement will be the main driving force for the team while a combination of remote management, onsite audits and data driven metrics will ensure progress in this space.

+ Travels to North American locations to support contractor work reviews through intentional audits that are designed and implemented to meet strategic targets set out by the contractor management governance committee.

+ Builds relationships and influences without authority, through collaboration and direct coaching of personnel and/or projects to champion best-in-class contractor practices.

+ Serves as centralized coach to ensure that contractors and on-site teams deliver on business results by executing on competency-based learning and assessment services aligned with the department, site and company training plans.

+ Provide a high level of customer service to onsite project teams for contractor compliance focused on standardized technical training. This includes using all aspects of the contractor management software and mapping of SOW requirements.

+ Supports field project managers with conflict resolution strategies and accountability for onsite contractor realignment meetings. Collects feedback and training strategies for performance plans to improve contractor compliance

+ Identifies training needs aligned to support the business objectives and works with the centralized technical training teams to develop solutions that supports those needs.

+ Responsible for collecting policy revision feedback, collaborating with others on updates to policies and training, and managing official document retention for content relating to contractor management. Also serves as power user role for contractor compliance Teams and SharePoint sites.

+ Supports master data management for the contractor management system including keeping existing contractors compliant and assisting the onboarding process for new contractors when needed.

+ Coordinates with the cross-function team to effectively plan and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual meetings with Contractor Management Steering Committee, site teams, key contractors, contractor management software teams, and other key stakeholders.

+ Supervise and coach on a wide range of learning situations that vary from individual coaching to group delivery in both on and off job learning environments.

+ Perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications**

Minimum Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or GED and ten (10) years of directly related experience, including three (3) years as a supervisor or in a mid-level management role, OR

+ Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years directly related experience, including three (3) years as a supervisor or in a mid-level management role OR

+ Master’s degree and four (4) years directly related experience, including three (3) years as a supervisor or in a mid-level management role supervisory or management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Must demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft applications including but not limited to MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint

+ Working knowledge of contractor data management systems (e.g., ISN) and willing to receive certified user status.

+ Working knowledge of learning management systems

+ Project Management Professional certification (pmi.org)

Criteria/Conditions:

+ Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hart hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.

**What We Offer You**

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently **$93,000-$130,000.** This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
