**The Department of Orthopedics at Banner Health and Banner Medical Group (BMG) is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant** to join our growing team of Orthopedic Surgeons.Weprovide care to a varied group ofpatients with generalorthopedicand total jointsurgical needs.Our PA will round on patients onthe hospital floor;seepatients in the orthopedic surgery clinic and provide surgical first assist coverage in the OR. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, a critical thinker, ability to work in a fast-paced environment andwork effectively within a team.

**We are seeking applicants with:**

+ Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant Program

+ Certification from The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

+ Must have an unrestricted PA license in the state of CO or eligibility to obtain by hire date

+ DEAwith full prescriptive authority required

+ BLS and ACLS Certification required

+ 5 years experience in Orthopedic Total Joint preferred; but candidates with General Orthopedic skill will be considered

**Practice Details:**

+ Full-time | M-F, 8 AM 5 PM

+ Surgical/Clinical position; 3 days of Clinic, 2 days of OR

+ Call: Practice Call w/ 1 weekend a month of Hospital call

+ Compensation: $125K-$145K based on experience
