As a Field Service Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical expertise and facilitate to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be accountable for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your dedication to excellence and customer focus will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'll work at our customer’s Glens Falls, New York location. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical facilitate and service. The salary range for this position is $69,000.00 - $103,000.00. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers

+ Provide and facilitate technical expertise for our IA solutions

+ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions

+ Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers

+ Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE:

+ Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies

+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

+ Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships

+ Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

+ Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements

+ Results-oriented approach and ability to drive projects to successful completion

+ Strong problem-solving and thoughtful abilities• Experience in field service engineering, project management or related roles
