As a Sr Technical Support Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and guidance to engineering teams. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in leading and managing a team of support specialists, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing processes to improve support efficiency and effectiveness. You will work out of our Pittsford, NY location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact by ensuring the successful completion of projects, enhancing support efficiency, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. By providing technical support and guidance, you will help Honeywell maintain its position as a global technology leader, delivering high-quality solutions that improve the quality of life for people around the world.

Provide reliable technical assistance to internal and external customers. You will provide professional coverage of Technical Support Helpdesk. You will support focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction. You will drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication of technical issues. You will develop broad understanding of customer needs. You will support the knowledge-sharing mindset, methodology, and tools. You will help develop Technical Support processes. You will ensure proper documenting and recording of all activity and communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support and guidance to engineering teams

• Lead and manage a team of support specialists

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and resolve issues

• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve support efficiency and effectiveness

• Identify training and development needs for support specialists and facilitate skill enhancement

The annual base salary range for this position is $46,800 - $58,500. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of experience in engineering or technical support

• Proven track record of providing technical support and guidance to engineering teams

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
