Mosaic is a national faith-based healthcare provider of services to people with diverse needs including intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism support, behavioral therapy and senior care. Our 3,800 employees and 800 independent contractors provide a life of possibilities to nearly 4,000 people across 10 states and 400+ communities. Soreo, a Service of Mosaic’s specialty is in home support care. Soreo provides support for nearly 600 people in multiple communities throughout Central and Southern Arizona. Soreo’s goal is to help individuals thrive independently in an environment of their choosing. We are a growing organization and have a goal to continue to expand by serving more people in need. Our mission is very near and dear to our hearts. We are looking to add people to our team with heart and passion to support the people we serve. The services provided to people range from extensive care, including feeding them, assisting them with hygiene needs, etc. to assisting our people in service in meal preparation, medication reminders, or bill paying. We work hard to integrate our people in service into the community, to help them build relationships and interact with all members of society. We do this by planning different activities for our people in service outside of our agencies. Our services are very individualized and are designed to meet the needs of the person supported.
