    **Skills and Abilities:**

    Experience working with project management methodology including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies, project management software and finance and accounting concepts and practices. Demonstrates excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Possesses in-depth knowledge of project goals, drivers, strategies, risks and opportunities. Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients. Ability to interact with many people and process a large volume of requests as necessary. Excellent personal computer skills including strong knowledge in MS Word and Excel. Demonstrates strong organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.

    We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our client's team and lead projects within their Customer Service Technology (CS Tech) organization. This role involves working with multiple engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development environments and a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

    **Responsibilities:**

    + Collaborate with multiple engineering teams, each consisting of approximately 25 members, to plan and execute projects.

    + Develop comprehensive project plans from scratch, utilizing tools like Smartsheet or similar.

    + Set and manage project milestones, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

    + Identify, assess, and manage project risks to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.

    + Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts.

    + Work within a hybrid project management framework, combining Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with Scrum teams primarily using Jira.
