    Performs set up and operation of refinishing machine and dust collector, including start up and shutdown, belt change and gauge adjustment (based on plate thickness) as necessary.
    Retrieves stainless steel plates that require refinishing from the automated plate farm.
    Identify reject plates which do not meet Isola's quality standards and determine the course of action for refinishing based on the incoming quality of the plate.
    Using a micrometer, measures the thickness of the plate and adjusts the gap setting on the refinishing machine to accommodate the thickness of the stainless steel plate.
