    The Operations Manager Trainee (OMT) training program is intended to prepare individuals to become front-line Route Managers. The majority of the day is spent in the field, interacting with front-line employees.     Primary Responsibilities:

    · Evaluate each fabrication and welding workstation to ensure maximum efficiency.

    · Hire, train, review, and support department employees.

    · Track work orders, post production, conduct cycle counts.
