Responsibilities

+ Be able to perform reroof and repairs

+ Conduct safety inspections to ensure all work is done within safety guidelines

+ Remove debris and clean-up job sites after completing roofing projects

+ Accurately estimate time and materials needed for roofing jobs

+ Communicate with account managers on all aspects of the project including scheduling, materials, and work progress

+ Identify potential problems with roofing and make appropriate repairs

+ Collaborate with account manager and project manager to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements

+ Must have an active workers comp and general liability policy

+ Knowledgeable in the use and maintenance of all roofing equipment

+ High attention to detail and accuracy

+ Strong communication and customer-service skills

+ Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, work at heights and in varying weather conditions
