    To be a successful candidate for this position, you must understand, most of your time will be spent on your feet working with industrial equipment. Duties include pot washing and general housekeeping of the work area and assisting in cleaning greenhouse spaces that get up to 90° F and other activities related to crops and greenhouses. This position will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and works under immediate supervision. Provide support for the Bayer Safety program by adhering to all safety policies and attendance at regular company sponsored safety meetings. This team works less with automation and more hands on/manual labor.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Concrete Foreman supervises, schedules, and coordinates the work of concrete crews.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Oversees the project/work site, ensuring safety standards are followed and quality work is being performed in a timely manner
    Determines project requirements and procedures, and the required materials and workers, based on given project specifications
