    + BA/BS Engineering degree with 2–3+ years relevant experience

    + MA/MS Engineering degree with 0–1+ years relevant experience

    + Knowledge of computers and setup procedures

    + Knowledge of computer networking systems

    + Previous experience in AutoCAD and Bluebeam

    + Working experience with Carrier i-Vu, Tridium or BACnet systems

    + Proficient with Microsoft Suite

    + Excellent written and verbal communications skills

    + Knowledge in DDC control theory and applications pertaining to the HVAC/Control

    + Prior experience in HVAC and/or Building Automation
