**General Responsibilities:**

Manage all aspects of a facilities, materials, environmental, or geotechnical engineering project to ensure that it is safely completed on time and within scope and budget. Responsible for completing the project as per its contracted scope; monitor progress and performance against the project plan. Troubleshoot and recommend or resolve operational problems and minimize delays. May be responsible for resource management, project scheduling, budgets and forecasts, and working with external vendors, subcontractors or contractors. Conducts meetings and prepares reports to communicate the status of the project to project team and client. Set priorities, assign tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones. May have responsibilities to communicate with the client and deliver work products to satisfaction of client. Coordinates effort with APR to make sure that APR has opportunity to engage throughout the project, particularly at critical junctures. Is involved with approving invoices, preparing change orders, and collections.

**Essential Roles and Responsibilities:**

+ Under direct supervision manage a small project, or one phase of a large project.

+ Implement an established project plan.

+ Identify, resolve, or escalate operational problems and minimize delays.

+ Lead safety efforts including preparation and compliance with approved safety plan.

+ Analyze project requirements and perform calculations or writes reports and completes deliverables.

+ Coordinate the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and the firm receives satisfactory standards of service.

+ Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to complete the assigned phase of a project and monitor activities, allocate resources and assign tasks to ensure these targets are met.

+ Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.

+ Set priorities, assign tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones.

+ Submits project deliverables to client as per contract scope and schedule

+ Responsible to deliver work within approved budget

+ Coordinates with APR to ensure appropriate oversight is in place and sufficient time allowed for reviews of all critical junctures.

+ Develop understanding and be aware of project-related risk. Be familiar with what could go wrong on a project and how to protect the Company. Be familiar with company risk policies.

+ Lead safety efforts for team and ensure team follows safety rules and guidelines. Responsible for creating and modeling a safe work environment; demonstrates safety practices. Promote pre-task planning for all projects.

+ Promote continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects. Monitor quality standards and practices. Engage APRs on projects at their onset.

**Requirements:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline practices by the Firm including Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology and a minimum of 2 years’ related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years’ related experience.

**The Role**

As a Service Reliability Engineer at Proofpoint you will develop a deep understanding of the various services and applications that come together to deliver Proofpoint’s next generation security products. You will contribute to the architecture to improve scalability, operability, service reliability, capacity, and performance. You will be responsible for provisioning, maintaining, and scaling our production services within server farms across multiple, world-wide data centers as well as AWS.

**Your day-to-day**

• Build long lasting, effective partnerships across the organization to foster collaboration between Product, Engineering and Operations teams.

• Manage an international 24x7, multi-site production infrastructure powering the Proofpoint services, including deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and security.

• Root-cause complex problems and involve multiple stakeholders, network, hardware and software that relate to scaling and performance.

• Ensure proper monitoring, alerting, capacity planning and reporting in the production environment.

• Contribute to the evolving design and architecture of reliable and scalable infrastructure.

• First line of defense during working hours should any alerts or incidents arise.

• Collaborate with product engineering teams to ensure Operations standards are observed, determine resource impacts for upcoming product deployments, and ensure successful product rollouts.

**What you bring to the team**

+ Demonstrable skills and 3-5 years’ experience managing, troubleshooting, and tuning Linux systems.

**Responsibilities**

Noblis is seeking Interdisciplinary Aerospace Engineers to support the NASA’s Aeronautics directorate. Candidate will provide full software development lifecycle services spanning the design, development, test, and deployment of innovative software solutions with a strong emphasis on user experience, human factors, and software quality to enhance FAA operations.

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct research, development, and evaluation of advanced air traffic control and management automation concepts. Propose new automation concepts and algorithms, help identify issues, and provide solution recommendations.

+ Develop system performance metrics, measures of effectiveness, and measures of performance for the AAM airspace architecture.

+ Coordinate data management strategy and architecture including identifying data collection needs, data models, and requirements.

+ Interact with senior researchers, customer (i.e., NASA), and other project engineers to develop and execute research plans which include milestones, requirements, schedules, design & development activities, deliverables.

+ Conduct analysis on simulation or flight test data to compare the AAM airspace performance against system performance metrics.

+ Prepare presentations and reports as required, present results at seminars and conferences, and publish papers as appropriate.

+ Work effectively with others including functional staff for day-to-day operations and efforts to improve operational excellence.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Multiple levels available.

+ Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science or related.

+ Experience with designing and leading research studies involving fast-time simulations.

+ Expertise with scripting languages like Python and MATLAB, databases like NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) and SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL).

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and its applications.

+ Experience with Atlassian tools, Confluence, Git, Jira highly desired.

+ Demonstrated excellence in a related research and development environment and a sustained record of academic publications.

+ Background in aeronautics, air traffic management research, or unmanned aerial vehicles highly desired.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. nsight Global is seeking an experienced PWB Designer to join a large aerospace and defense client in Chandler, AZ. This individual will design/layout printed wiring boards (PWBs) for military/aerospace avionics and test applications.

Responsibilities Include:

Create complex multi-layer designs for PWB's and Flex circuits using the latest technologies (including BGA's, micro-vias, stacked micro-via, high speed, and controlled impedance boards)

Generate support documentation to meet NGC standards

Design PWB's for digital, analog, mixed signal, and power applications

Incorporate complex changes utilizing CAD tools. Check designs, drawings and databases for accuracy

Attend/Support ERB/CCBs

Review and approve design documents and data products

Support proposal efforts as needed: obtain quotations, material costs, BOM support, generate white papers, generate BOEs, cost and schedule estimates

Skills and Requirements

8+ years recent PWB design layout experience using the Cadence Allegro design tool suite;

Experience with high density complex, multilayer boards (6-16 layers);

Experience with layout of analog and digital circuits;

Experience with layout/routing of high-speed digital and controlled-impedance circuits, such as SERDES, DDR3/DDR4 memory.

Experience designing rigid-flex assemblies.

Ability to prepare artwork (ODB++, Gerbers) for fabrication of PWBs.

Extensive experience with footprint/symbol creation and library management.

Understanding of IPC-2221 and IPC-7351 specifications.

AA/AS degree or other 2-year post high school training

Must be eligible to obtain a DoD Security Clearance. Understanding of Printed Wiring Assembly manufacturing process;

Experience with CAM350 and/or Valor DFM software tools;

Experience with OrCad Layout and Mentor PADS or Xpedition tool suite null
