    **I. Job Summary**

    The primary objective of this role is to execute WM's national account program with large clients across multiple market areas. The Program Manager, National Accounts-Industrial is responsible for building deep and lasting relationships with each client by harnessing the resources of WM's vast network. The role is accountable to grow and maintain existing revenue while maintaining the quality of the book of business.

    **II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

    **Sales:**

    + Partners with the National Account Manager (NAM) in support of new program initiatives including right sizing, renewals, growth, acquisitions, mergers and the addition of new services.

    + Drives profitable new revenue by proposing client and site-specific solutions.

    **Contract Management:**

    + Oversees contract compliance.

    + Executes CPI increases across client book of business where contractually allowed.

    + Participates in launch, renewal and de-implementation activities related to clients within the assigned book of business.

    + Educates clients on local regulatory compliance trends and requirements (e.g., mandatory recycling).

    **Customer Experience:**

    + Represents the brand with the highest integrity.

    + Leads and collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure accounts receivable (A/R) are current to contract terms.
